These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of aefundingsolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by AE Funding Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What We Do — and What We Don't

AE Funding Solutions is an independent business-financing referral service. We provide educational content about business financing and refer financing inquiries from qualified businesses to our lending partner, ROK Financial (ROKFi, LLC), a business-financing brokerage.

• We are not a lender, bank, or broker of record, and we do not make loans or credit decisions.
• We do not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, receive any particular amount, rate, or term, or be funded within any particular timeframe.
• All financing decisions, terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by individual lenders based on their own underwriting criteria.
• Funding ranges, terms, and timelines referenced on the Site (such as $10,000–$5,000,000, 6-month to 10-year terms, or same-day funding) describe programs generally available through our lending partner's network and are not an offer of credit.

2. Compensation Disclosure

We may receive compensation from our lending partner when a business we refer obtains financing. This compensation comes from the lending partner, not from you, and does not change the rates or terms offered to you. Our service is provided at no cost to the businesses we refer.

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

Content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Financing decisions are significant business decisions; consult your own accountant, attorney, or financial advisor before entering into any financing agreement.

4. Eligibility and Accurate Information

The Site is intended for use by business owners and authorized representatives of businesses located in the United States, who are at least 18 years old. When you submit an inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the business.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting an inquiry and checking the consent box, you agree that we and our lending partner may contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message, including via automated technology, at the contact information you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving financing. You can opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including ROK Financial's application portal. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to AE Funding Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to submit false or fraudulent inquiries, interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or violate any applicable law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AE FUNDING SOLUTIONS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY FINANCING ARRANGEMENT YOU ENTER INTO WITH ANY THIRD PARTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AE Funding Solutions from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
