This Privacy Policy explains how AE Funding Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aefundingsolutions.com (the "Site") or submit a financing inquiry through the Site.
1. Who We Are
AE Funding Solutions is an independent business-financing referral service. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. We refer business-financing inquiries to our lending partner, ROK Financial (ROKFi, LLC), and we may receive compensation when a referred business obtains financing.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our pre-qualification form, we collect: your name, email address, business phone number, business name, your trade or industry, time in business, annual gross sales range, estimated credit score range (optional), the financing product and amount you're interested in, and any details you choose to share about what you're financing.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial account information through this Site. If you proceed with a financing application, that information would be collected directly by our lending partner or the lender under their own privacy policies.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers may collect standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, including through cookies or similar technologies used for site analytics and, if we run advertising, ad measurement (for example, Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To review your inquiry and determine whether you meet our lending partner's general qualification criteria;
- To refer your inquiry to our lending partner, ROK Financial, so a funding advisor can contact you;
- To contact you about your inquiry and its status by phone, email, or text message;
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. How We Share Your Information
- With our lending partner. If your inquiry meets general qualification criteria, we share the information you submitted with ROK Financial (ROKFi, LLC) so they can process your financing request. ROK Financial may further share your information with lenders in its network in accordance with its own privacy policy and the authorizations you provide directly to them.
- With service providers. We use third-party services to operate the Site, such as website hosting, form processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and email delivery. These providers process your information on our behalf.
- For legal reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If we sell or transfer the business, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own unrelated marketing purposes.
5. Communications and Consent
By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you agree that we and our lending partner may contact you about your financing request by phone, email, or text message, including through automated technology, at the contact information you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving financing. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us at info@aefundingsolutions.com.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we use Google Analytics or Google Ads, those services may set their own cookies subject to Google's privacy policies; you can opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out tools and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to process your request, maintain our referral records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 9).
